This recently renovated old farmhouse is situated in the north of the Dordogne. It lies in its own property of over 120 acres were you can admire the deer, roe dear, boar, pheasant and much more. The small road, opposite the chateau Montardy, will take you to your holiday home. You will be the only one renting the complete premises including the farmhouse, guesthouse and swimmingpool.

Next to the property runs a stream (the river Isles) where you can enjoy troutfishing. (you need to purchase a French fishing permit).

At 1 km from your house lies a small restaurant that serves the local cuisine. The medeval village "Jumilhac Le Grand" is at 5 km where you will find an old castle, village square with restaurants and bars, and some shops. Thiviers, also know as the capital of Foie Gras, is the nearest city at about 12 km. Enjoy the Saturday morning market or drink a cup of coffee in the old town center.
